Unwanted Returns Policy
You have 30 days to request returns.
Please email to request an RMA for you to write on the parcel.
Items must be unused, coiled neatly for postage, and returned with any free bags and accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are credited back within 3 days to the original payment method.
**We do not accept returns on custom made items where a design has been specified by the customer, or where items have been ordered in on request.
**We do not accept returns on lengths longer than 45m, as these will be bespoke/custom items.
If your parcel arrives with shipping damage, please refuse delivery. If you have already accepted delivery, please contact us straight away.
Faulty Returns Policy
We will require the Serial Code off the Viper EV connector and a description/photographs of the fault. Please email these.
An initial assessment will be made by email.
We will then provide an RMA for you to write on the parcel.
Viper EV will pay for the ‘Return’ and ‘Resend’ shipping costs of faulty cables.
Replacement parts and labour will be provided free of charge on faulty cables.
Viper-Remix braiding is not replaceable and is not covered under warranty. If your braiding is showing excessive wear; For a fee we can repair braiding or can completely remove it leaving you with a perfect ‘Nude’ cable. We also have help videos for how to remove the braiding yourself.
