UK Delivery Times

Please check the stock levels shown on the product pages once you have selected your option/length. In-Stock items will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 12pm Noon. Pre-Order items are made to order and are subject to a 5-7 day lead time. Please take into account weekend and UK Bank Holidays when forecasting when you will receive your items.

Free Next Day UK delivery on all In-Stock Items. Delivered with Parcel-Force, DPD or UPS.
Saturday Delivery is available but costs an additional £10.50, this option is available at checkout.
Office Collection is available, please wait for us to contact you before travelling to collect. the office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm

Please note that although we will dispatch your items as stated above, we cannot guarantee that you will receive them the following day. Couriers aim to deliver the next day but this is not guaranteed.

Do you deliver in the EU?

Sound Cables Limited is a registered business in the EU, and we ship to multiple countries within the EU on a daily basis.

We are registered for IOSS so if your order value is less than £162 you will be charged VAT at your local rate during checkout. You should not be charged additional taxes on delivery (you may be charged a handling fee). For orders over £162 no VAT will be charged. You will be charged VAT and a handling fee on delivery.

Our checkout breaks down the tax implications for you, and should be used as an approximate guide as to how much you will need to pay on delivery.

Do you deliver anywhere in the world?

Yes we do. 200+ countries are included at our checkout. Shipping costs can vary on occasion from what has been quoted and charged, so please do not be offended if we contact you to discuss slower and more cost effective options, or to request additional funds.

Where is my Item?

Tracking information is sent with your dispatch/email notification. Please be patient, UK Next day delivery and International deliveries on occasion may take longer to arrive than we have forecasted.
