Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for damage to equipment incurred during operation or use of our products where an item has been improperly used. Please contact our Technical Team for advice prior to ordering if you are unsure about your requirements. Our technical advice is insured by a £4million public liability insurance

4. Payments

5. Credits and Balances Due
Refunds are credited back within 3 days. The same method will be used to refund the amount that was used when you placed the order. For example, if the order was paid by credit card, we will refund your credit card account, we will not refund in any other way or to any other form than the one in which the purchase was made

You will be notified by email if your order cannot be shipped within the time scale offered at checkout
